How to Get out of iPod Touch Recovery Mode without Restoring ?

I have a 3.1 1G 8GB iPod touch. I tried jailbreaking it with Black ra1n, but it entered recovery mode. Now iTunes can't find the iPod, and I need to get out of recovery mode. Help?
