I have an iPhone 4 and I've never backed it up due to me not having wifi. I wanted to look at a text I had gotten with some good information but I deleted it about 3-4 months ago. Is there a way for me to retrieve it?! I have sprint if that helps at all.
In this situation, iPhone SMS Data Recovery would help. iPhone SMS Recovery can restore text messages, picture messages, message attachments, iphone contacts, Call history, Calendar, Notes, Reminder, Safari bookmark, WhatsApp, etc. When you delete files on your iOS devices, they are not actually deleted by the machine itself.
As for iPhone 4, you can recover data more than the above files. Camera Roll, Photo Library, Photo Stream, Message attachments, Voice memos, WhatsApp Attachments, Voicemail, App Photos, App Videos, App Audio, App Document are also supported to restore. iOS7.1 are fully supported.
If you have messages deleted or lost by accidents, you can ask this tool for help and test it yourself for free. Please refer to the guide below:
It's a relatively simple access to get the lost data back since when you deleted a SMS thread from your iPhone. You can use a iPhone SMS recovery utility to scan through your iPhone and retrieve the lost messages.
Step 1: Download the installer and install it to your computer. Win and Mac version are available.
Step 2: Start the program and choose the recovery mode as Recovery from iOS device. As you do not have any backup, it is not possible to use iTunes or iCloud as recovery mode.
Step 3: Connect your iPhone 4 to computer via USB cable and click "Start Scan" button on the interface. You need to download a plugin and follow the three steps below to enter the scanning mode.
Note: For iOS 7 users, you need to follow the instructions on the interface to scan your data.
Step 4: After scanning, Find Messages in the left column and check the messages you want to get back and click "Recover" to restore your SMS on the right column.
